The Free plan includes a small ClipForge watermark in the corner of exported clips. All paid plans (Creator, Pro, Agency) export completely watermark-free. How are my uploaded videos stored and protected?

All uploaded videos are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3. Videos are stored in isolated cloud storage with strict access controls. Only your account can access your content -- ClipForge staff cannot view your videos without explicit authorization during a support request.

What is the data retention policy?

Uploaded source videos are automatically deleted 30 days after processing unless you explicitly choose to retain them in your library. Exported clips remain available in your account for as long as your subscription is active. You can manually delete any file at any time, and deletion is permanent and irreversible.

If none of that works, contact support with the error message and we will investigate within one business day.

What is your refund policy?

If you are not satisfied with ClipForge, you can cancel your subscription at any time. We offer a full refund within the first 30 days of any paid plan.
